“I guess the numbers every morning.”
Managers cook by guesswork
…help managers know tomorrow’s headcount today?
Which evidence shows this is the main problem?
What it is
A guided workspace for solving business problems with human-centered design (also called design thinking). Instead of a blank whiteboard, it takes your team through the four phases of the Double Diamond, one step at a time.
How it works
The first two phases make sure you understand the problem. The last two solve it. Each phase opens up to explore, then narrows down to decide.
Find out who is affected and what really happens today, with interviews and evidence.
Make sense of what you found and agree on the problem worth solving.
Come up with many ideas, then shape and prioritise the best ones.
Build a rough prototype, test it with people and decide what to do next.
Three ways in
Draw Bridge is a guided first lesson in design thinking: 60–90 minutes, on your own or with a group. You try each step first, then compare with a worked example.

Custom challenge takes your real business problem through all four phases, with help that adjusts to your experience.
Inside the workspace
Plan interviews, paste notes or transcripts, and turn them into quotes and observations.
Start with a proto-persona, then check it against what research actually showed.
Go from evidence to insights, problem statements and How Might We questions.
Generate ideas, combine them into concepts and vote on value and feasibility.
Connect customer jobs, pains and gains to what you are designing.
Sketch how a concept would work as a business, and compare concepts side by side.
Turn assumptions into hypotheses, run test sessions and record findings.
Step guides, method cards and drafts from your earlier steps. You review and decide.
Why it is different
Whiteboards hold sticky notes. The studio links them: a test result points to its concept, the concept to its problem, the problem to the insight and quotes behind it. When someone asks “why are we building this?”, the answer is one click away.
AI, used carefully
AI suggestions stay separate from your project until a person accepts them. The aim is a coach that asks better questions — is this interview question leading? does this problem statement hide a solution? — while your team makes the decisions.
During early access, the built-in coach drafts from your own earlier steps without AI. AI features arrive with paid plans.
